In late 2015 I became CTO in Pepe Jeans Group to help with the expansion of the company.
One of the main objectives was to create a global IT Technical Area to replace the existing local support. I also developed corporate standards and rules to be follow worldwide in order to reduce maintenance cost and to increase our deploy capabilities.
Create a DRP for IT department was another of my main goals, to make sure the reliability of the systems again a disaster.
Successful projects: SAP rollout in India, Wifi at stores, MPLS WAN network, DRP, Perimetral security.
